Terms & Conditions HV/Net requires payment for all advertising placed on the following schedule: "Annual Placements" are payable in full prior to implementation of advertising. Payment may be made either by check or credit card. "Monthly Placements" payable in full at beginning of each month for subsequent month by credit card only. "Quarterly Placements" payable in full at beginning of term, by check or credit card. All payments for participation in advertising and promotion programs are "Due Upon Receipt". Finance Charges will accrue on all unpaid balances. All advertising customers with placements requiring credit card payments must provide HV/Net with their current credit card information. HV/Net will retain this information and automatically bill all payments due against this account. All orders for advertising on HV/Net must be authorized by advertiser or HV/Net cannot implement the advertising ordered. Authorization occurs when either the advertiser provides credit card information or when Advertiser or Advertiser's Authorized Representative signs the advertising order. In any case, Advertiser's authorization indicates acceptance of all particulars of the order as presented to HV/Net as well as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions for Advertising. Orders for advertising must be received at HV/Net's Main Offices, with all materials, text and graphics necessary, no later than 14 days prior to effective date of advertisement insertion. HV/Net accepts placement orders with effective dates of the 1st & 15th of each month, which corresponds with our standard website regeneration schedule. HV/Net cannot, however, guarantee exact regeneration dates. Specific details of any advertisements, including exact wording, formatting and graphics and/or illustrations, must accompany the advertising order, where necessary on separate sheets initialed by Advertiser or the Advertiser's Authorized Representative. If Advertiser or their Authorized Representative or Agent defaults under terms of these conditions, Advertiser agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney fees. HV/Net will add any bank return check charges to customer balance. All terms listed on the current HV/Net Rate Sheet shall apply as provisions of these Terms & Conditions as set forth herein. Electronically published versions of both these Terms & Conditions as well as Rate Sheets always take precidence over printed versions. Advertiser warrants they have the right to use any trademark or trade-name used and further warrants they have the right to use any name, portrait, picture, or illustration provided for display over the Internet and agrees to hold HV/Net harmless from and against any and all liability and/or claims and will pay all expenses incurred by HV/Net in the defense thereof arising out of publication. Advertiser assumes liability for all statements contained in advertisements and holds HV/Net harmless for any claims that may arise from posting of such advertisements. HV/Net reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or portion of advertisement at its own discretion. HV/Net shall be held harmless in the event advertisement cannot be effected because of strikes, acts of God, or any other reason beyond the control of HV/Net or its assignees. Advertising Placements and the agreements entered into for this purpose shall be bound by the laws of the State of New York. These Terms & Conditions, plus any additional conditions of advertising accompanying advertising order in writing, constitute the entire agreement between the Advertiser and HV/Net and any other guarantees or conditions, verbal or otherwise, shall not be binding upon HV/Net or any of its representatives.
