If you require an advance reservation be
made, it will clearly state that policy on the e-Ticket and
provide all the contact information necessary for the customer
to make their reservation with you. If you are a "General
Admission" location, it can clearly state that all they
need do is just show up and they are in. The e-Ticket can
carry all manner of other information necessary to help the
visitor successfully take advantage of you, from hours of
operation, to where you are located with maps, to refund policies,
to whatever is necessary.
We will work extremely carefully with you
to put on the e-Ticket everything that you and your customer
need.

as with all of our other online programs, becomes accessible
across all of our partners Internet platforms, making access
to your site even easier for viewers!

How it all works is really
very simple:
- We categorize all businesses participating
giving the viewer the chance to search via category within
the Box Office itself.
- In each instance of your Business Listing
across all presentations, a button is highlighted informing
the viewer that they can purchase admission to you right
there online.
- Partners and other sites accessing our
data can establish their own instance of the Box Office
from their individual web sites selecting specific locations
nearby for their viewers to be able to access.
- The viewer determines, based upon the
information in the presentation they are given, that indeed
they wish to purchase admissions, they say what they want
and process the order.
- We immediately collect credit card information
and instantly process it online, acquiring full payment
from the customer.
- You are immediately sent an email informing
you of the purchase including all the information necessary
to identify the customer and what they have purchased, (i.e.
Name, Address, Items Purchased)
- The customer is presented with a PDF
in their web browser and told to print it out, this is their
e-Ticket and the mechanism for admission to you. This e-Ticket
contains encoded security features and is exactly the e-Ticket
we designed in consultation with you.
- Weekly, we rectify all accounts, print
full detail reports and mail them to you, along with a check
for your portion of the sale.
- For the service, we take a small commission
of 12% of the sale.
