Wurtsboro Troopers arrest Bloomingburg woman for Assault
Nov 29th, 2011 | By HV Insider | Category: Police BriefsOn November 27, 2011, State Police in Wurtsboro responded to a property line dispute in the Town of Mamakating.
One of the neighbors was attempting to remove wooden stakes that marked the property line when Erna Kostanoski, a 66 year old resident of Bloomingburg, struck her neighbor in the head with a small axe.
The neighbor received a lump to her forehead.
Kostanoski was arrested for Assault 3rd degree and is to appear in the Town of Mamakating Court on December 6, 2011.
