Woodridge Man Charged With Having Sex With Teen Girl
Jul 2nd, 2012 | By HV Insider | Category: Featured ArticlesOn Saturday June 30, 2012 the Village of Liberty Police Department arrested Paul Cox III, 27 of Woodridge after an investigation into Cox having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female in the Village of Liberty.
When Village of Liberty police attempted to arrest Cox on Saturday around 5:00pm Cox resisted arrest and struggled with police.
Cox was charged with Rape in the 3rd degree, a felony and Endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest, misdemeanors.
Cox was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Justice Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000.
