Ulster Co Family Violence Unit – Reckless Endangerment Arrest
On Tuesday November 29, 2011 the Ulster County Family Violence Investigation Unit, comprised of; the New York State Police, Ulster County Sheriffs Office, Town of Ulster Police and Ulster County Child Protective Services, arrested Chris Millouras, age 31, of 67 Grandview Ave in the City of Kingston, New York, for Reckless Endangerment in the First degree and Reckless Assault of a Child, both felonies and the Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The investigation was assisted by the New York State Police at Kingston and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
Millouras was arrested after a two day investigation revealed that he was responsible for injuries to an infant in his care. The infant is being treated at Albany Medical Center.
Millouras was arraigned by City of Kingston Justice Phil Kirshner and released on his own recognizance. He was scheduled to appear in the City of Kingston Court at 8:30 am on November 30, 2011.
