On Saturday August 3, 2013, the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Ricky Alexander, age 26, of Mount Marion for Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree and an active parole warrant.
Alexander was a passenger in a car during a Distracted Driver Traffic Law Enforcement Initiative in the Town of Ulster. During the stop, Alexander misrepresented his identity to State Troopers. His true identity was later determined as well as the active arrest warrant for a violation of parole.
Alexander was arraigned by Town of Ulster Justice Kesick and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000.00 cash bail. He was scheduled to appear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
