Johnathan M. Green, 21, of Middletown was charged with criminal impersonation in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Beacon PD on an outstanding warrant from their city court and is due to appear in town court on July 10.
June 10
Alan T. Debernardo, 33, of Vernon, NJ was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He posted $60 bail and is due to appear in town court on July 10.
An 18 year old female from Chester was charged with dog at large, a violation of the town code. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in town court on July 10.
June 11
Cyril B. Kupersmith, 22, of South Burlington, VT, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08%, misdemeanors. He posted $100 bail and is due to appear in town court on July 10.
David R. Oboyski, 21, of Chester was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on July 9.
June 13
Eric A. Zevola, 24, of Campbell Hall was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on July 9.
June 14
Joshua J. Bridges, 21, of Chester was charged with possession of a controlled substance outside the original container, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on July 30.
Colin W. Kooistra, 27, of Goshen was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on July 31.
Manuel J. Tacuri, 26, of Middletown was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on July 10.
