June 24

Edmond M. Ontita, 21, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on August 6.

Jack W. Haslam, 20, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on August 13.

Victor M. Pinero, 23, of Garfield, NJ was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the City of Middletown Court.  He was turned over to the City of Middletown PD.

June 25

Erica L. Rodriguez, 31, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  She is due to appear in the town court on August 14.

Robert J. Staab, 27, of Chester was arrested on an active warrant from the Village of Chester Court.  He was turned over to the Village of Chester PD.

June 26

Brendan F. Nally, 20, of Burnt Hills, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on August 14.

June 27

Daniel J. Kincaid, 35, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on July 9.

June 28

Ashton Tyler Dieudonne, 21, of Chester was charged aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor.  He was also found to have an active bench warrant from the Village of Chester Court.  He was turned over to the Village of Chester PD and is due to appear in town court on August 14.

June 29

A 19 year old male from Monroe was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on August 6.
