Sonny R. Pellot, 24, of Florida was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from Rockland County. He was turned over to Rockland County Sheriff’s Office.
January 23
Valerie N. Russell, 26, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 6.
Felice A. Mastronardi, 43, of Chester appeared in court to answer a criminal summons for dog at large, a violation of the town code. She was arraigned in front of Judge Ranni.
January 24
Stephen J. Sommer, 46, of New Windsor was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 6.
January 27
William C. Conklin, Jr., 23, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He also had an outstanding bench warrant from the City of Middletown. He was turned over to the Middletown Police and is due to appear in town court on Mar. 13.
Edgar Rivas, 35, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the Village of Goshen. He was turned over to the Village of Goshen Police.
