January 14

Gregory D. Maher, 20, of Chester was charged with seven counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and seven counts of conspiracy in the sixth degree, misdemeanors.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

Eric D. Loparco, 22, of Suffern was charged with seven counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and seven counts of conspiracy in the sixth degree, misdemeanors.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

Michael A. Tokarski, 24, of Wesley Hills, NY was charged with seven counts of conspiracy in the sixth degree, misdemeanors.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

Valerie N. Russell, 26, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor.  She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 6.

Angel A. Ortiz-Sierra, 23, of Wurtsboro was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

Gariann C. Loss, 26, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  She posted $20 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

January 16

A 17 year old male from Monroe was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a felony.  He was released on $150 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 6.

An 18 year old male from Monroe was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a felony.  He was released on $150 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 6.

January 17

Ashley M. Grattan, 20, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

January 18

Christopher M. Bennett, 26, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.  He posted $60 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.

Scott R. Emmerich, 60, of Florida was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.  He posted $60 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Feb. 14.
