Warren Motz, 23, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on March 5.
February 19
Jake A. Chesney, 20, of New Windsor was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on April 2.
February 20
John Baldwin, 35, of Milford, PA was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was posted $20 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on Mach 13.
