April 29

A 19 year old female from Dingmans Ferry, PA was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation.  She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 4.

A 17 year old female from Goshen was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08%, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation.  She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 12.

April 30

A 17 year old male from Monroe was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of marihuana in the fifth degree, misdemeanors.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 4.

May 1

Holly M. Lowenstein-Albert, 27, of Jackson Heights, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.  She posted $100 bail and is due to appear in town court on June 4.

May 2

Sean Dieudonne, 23 of Chester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the town court after being produced by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.  He was arraigned by Judge Haislip and no return court date was set.

Morris L. Blair, 45, of Middletown was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance outside the original container, a violation.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 12.

May 3

Kristopher A. Bjaelker, 41, of Highland Mills was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 4.

May 4

Joseph M. Mohr, 25, of Chester was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor.  He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on June 4.
