Martine C. Foulds, 22, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 7.
Dina Andren, 37, of Monroe was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 7.

Anthony A. Ramos, 21, of Highland Mills was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court at a later date.
Scott R. Emmerich, 60, of Florida was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 7.
