An 18 year old male from Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on May 7.
Brian M. Flood, 45, of Southbury, CT was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on $50 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on May 1.
April 16
Nancy H. Monahan, 53, of Chester was charged with criminal mischief in fourth degree, a misdemeanor. She was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail and was due to appear in the town court on April 16.
April 17
Todd G. Sullivan, 33, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the village court for a vehicle and traffic law misdemeanor. He was arraigned by Judge VanDerMeulen and is due to appear in village court on May 3.
April 18
Stanley Rozario, 30, of Chester was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, misdemeanors and harassment in the second degree, a violation. He posted $200 bail and is due to appear in town court on May 1.
April 20
Kevin C. Jones, 22, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on June 4
