The 40th Annual Rick Drew Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting

Sunday was full of events going on in Port Jervis, the Tri-State Annual Rick Drew Holiday Parade there was the lighting of the Rick Drew Memorial Christmas tree located in Heroes Park. The members of Engine Company Excelsior #5 always decorate and coordinate the event in honor of one of their members. This year was no exception, Carol Drew, Nicole Drew, the wife and daughter of Rick continued the annual tradition of lighting the tree. Mayor Potter was on hand to welcome the guests and their families. Hot chocolate, coffee and light refreshments were served after the festivities at the fire house.
