Teen Arrested For Assault at Lincoln Hall School For Boys
Mar 6th, 2013 | By HV Insider | Category: Police BriefsOn March 4, 2013, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the New York State Police in Somers arrested Joseph Miller, 16, a resident of Lincoln Hall School for Boys, for Assault in the 3rd Degree (three counts).
Miller was arrested after attacking three staff members at the facility, causing one staff member to be transported to the hospital for an injured jaw.
Miller was arraigned in the Town of Somers Justice Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail. His next court date is scheduled for March 18, 2013, at 5:00 p.m.
