New Windsor Police used undercover officers to verify their suspicions of unlicensed masseuse as well as prostitution occurring within several of these establishments. Four locations were checked within the Town of New Windsor with six arrests being made.

Arrested were:

Meiyu Jin,  42 of Palisades Park, N.J., employed at 32 Spa, 276 Windsor Hwy.

Jennifer Joe, 52 of Fresh Meadow, N.Y., employed at Sun and Moon Spa 357 Old Forge Hill Rd

Lee Sun Ok, 51 of Flushing, N.Y., employed at Sun and Moon Spa 357 Old Forge Hill Rd.

Yingyu Jin, 60 of Flushing, N.Y., employed at A & A Spa 357 Windsor Hwy

Nan Shu, 41 of Flushing, N.Y., employed at A & A Spa 357 Windsor Hwy

Lea Yie, 44 of Highland Mills, N.Y.  employed at 207 Relaxation Spa
899 Little Britian Rd.

All six women were charged with Unauthorized Practice under the Education Law which is a felony.

Lea Yie was also charged with one count of misdemeanor Prostitution.

All six were arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe who released all six on their own recognizance returnable on May 22, 2012.
