Sullivan County Man Assaults Tow Truck Driver

A tow truck driver from a business in Harris was reportedly attempting to pick up a vehicle from a second towing company on Sullivan Avenue in Liberty and was assaulted while at that location by one of the company’s employees.
Liberty police arrested John Harasemovech age 32 of Liberty and charged with Assault in the third degree a misdemeanor.
Harasemovech was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and released on $2,000.00 bail to appear on a future court date.
The victim was treated and released at Catskill Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
