Accord Man Arrested for Grand Larceny and Conspiracy
The New York State Police in Kingston announce the arrest of Sean Fischer, 22, of Accord, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree and Conspiracy in the 5th degree.
Fischer is accused of stealing approximately $7,487.48 in US currency and six cartons of cigarettes from the Stewarts’s Shop, located on Main Street in the Town of Hurley, NY. Fischer, an employee of Stewarts at the time of the incident, is also accused of conspiring with Jamie Moran to assist with the commission of this crime. Mr. MORAN was arrested by SP Kingston on May 19, 2012, by SP Kingston troopers for Burglary in the 3rd degree. The incident at the Stewart’s Shop occurred on April 28, 2012, after the business closed for the day.
Fischer was arraigned in the town of Saugerties Court and was released on his own recognizance to appear in the town of Hurley Court on June 5, 2012.
