State Police arrest Saugerties man for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree
On Thursday July 12, 2012 the New York State Police at Kingston, arrested James Benson, 29, of Saugerties, New York, for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Felony.
It was alleged that Benson purchased a car using a bad check. He was arraigned by Town of Marbletown Justice Glick and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $3,500 cash bail or $7,000 bond. Benson was scheduled to return to the town of Ulster Court on Wednesday July 18, 2012.
