Rhinebeck State Police Make Assault Arrest

The suspect is accused of shooting a BB Gun from his residence on Middle Road in the town of Red Hook, resulting in the BB striking a 14-year-old male who was riding in a car traveling down the road.
The suspect is due in the town of Red Hook Court July 26, 2012, at 5:30p.m.
