Poughkeepsie Woman Robbed at Gunpoint Inside Her Home

Three men entered a Carroll Street home on Tuesday, November 26, 2012 just after 1:30 PM and robbed a woman at gunpoint.

According to police, the woman was met on the second floor of the home by the three robbers and was ordered to the floor by on suspect, who was armed. The remaining two suspects proceeded to ransack the rooms looking for valuables. The robbers were able to get away with jewelry, cash and a gun.

The woman was not harmed during the incident.

Police were able to locate one of the suspects, 18 year old Felix Ayende of the Town of Wappinger, Police are still looking for the remaining two individuals.

Ayende was arrested while driving his car on Old Hopewell Road early Wednesday morning. He was charged with felony burglary.

Police are continuing their investigation looking for the other two suspects.
