Orange County District Attorney Announces He Will Retire

Phillips made the announcment today from his Goshen office, sayiong that the decision was strictly personal and has not decided on future plans.
When asked why he made the announcement now, Phillips said he wanted to give candidates enough time to announce and run for office.
Phillips’ current four year term ends in the fall of 2013.
