New Windsor Man Arrested For Residential Burglary

23 year old Michael Fraine of New Windsor was arrested and charged with 2 counts each of the following felonies; 2nd degree burglary,grand larceny and 3rd degree criminal possession of stolen property.
New Windsor Detectives Michael Schwartz and Daniel Breen arrested Fraine after a two day investigation which involved interviewing the suspect and tracking the property to local pawn brokers where some property was recovered.
Fraine was arraigned before Judge Richard Thorpe where bail was set at $25,000
