On January 1, 2014, at approximately 12:34 a.m., State Police from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Rocco Penella, 33 years old, of Monroe, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Penella was found to be intoxicated following an accident investigation that was conducted on Interstate 84 in the area of the Newburgh Beacon Bridge toll plaza.
Penella lost control of the vehicle he was operating and stuck a concrete barrier.
Penella was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets and ordered to appear before the City of Beacon Court on January 13, 2014.
