Middletown Search Warrants Lead to Six Arrests on Drug Charges

The City of Middletown Police Department, with the assistance of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group, executed four simultaneous Search Warrants on June 21, 2012.

The search warrants were the result of long term investigations regarding drug trafficking in numerous apartment within 120 Wickham Avenue in Middletown.

Arrested were:
Carmello Rodriguez (20) of 120 Wickham Avenue, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (a Class “B” Felony) and two counts of Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanors).

Myron Pogson (41) of 120 Wickham Avenue, charged with Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanor).

Michelle Slonaker (26) of 120 Wickham Avenue, charged with two counts of Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanors).

Kathleen Maier Coello (18) of Harriman, charged with two counts of Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanors).

William Tarr (28)of 120 Wickham Avenue, charged with two counts of Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanors).

Willie Smith (22)of 120 Wickham Avenue, charged with Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (Class “A” Misdemeanor).

The City of Middletown Police have contacted the City of Middletown Code Enforcement due to numerous code issues.

The City of Middletown and the City of Middletown Police Department are continuing to target areas of high crime and drug trafficking to improve the quality of life of residents.
