Kingston Police Re-Open 2006 Cold Case File

On August 27, 2006, Rhonda Holliday’s body was found in a wooded area along Col. Chandler Driver.
Members of the Kingston Police Department Detective Division believe there may people with information about the case that have not come forward or that have been reluctant to disclose what they know.
Detectives will continue to aggressively investigate Holliday’s death, however more information is needed and detectives are seeking assistance from the public in developing new leads.
