Kingston Police Make Arrest in Tuesday’s Shooting
Jul 19th, 2012 | By Jay Long | Category: Featured ArticlesOn July 18th, shortly before 1:00 Am, Kingston police Detectives along with Emergency Services Unit and Patrol Units arrested 20 year old Shane Dunham of Washington Avenue in connection with the shooting of ten individuals the night before in the area of 18 O’Neil Street in the City of Kingston.
Dunham, was arrested at the intersection of Wall and Pearl Streets and transported to Kingston Police headquarters wheere he was charged with the Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Assault both felonies. he is currently being held in city lockup until his arriagnment in Kinsgton Court.
The Kingston Police were assisted by the Ulster County Sheriff’s K9 untit.
An investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
