Kingston Man Arrested for Sexual Contact with 14 year old
Apr 13th, 2012 | By HV Insider | Category: Featured ArticlesThe Ulster County Family Violence Unit announces the arrest of Thomas W. McDonough, age 36, of Kingston, NY, for the felony charges of Rape 2nd, Criminal Sexual Act 2nd and the misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
McDonough was arrested subsequent to an investigation into an allegation that he had sexual contact with a 14 year old female victim in the Town of Saugerties.
McDonough was later arraigned before Town of Saugerties Justice Wendy Ricks and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
