Kingston Man Arrested For Sexual Abuse of Two Children

On May 20, 2013, the Ulster County Family & Child Advocacy Center, which is comprised of the New York State Police, Ulster County Sheriffs Office, Town of Ulster Police Department, and Ulster County Child Protective Services, arrested Christopher Saitch, age 39, of Kingston, for two counts of Sexual Abuse in the first degree, a class D Felony, and two counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, which is a class A Misdemeanor.

Christopher Saitch was arrested after an investigation revealed that he had sexual contact with two female victims, ages 5 and 7, while at a residence located in the Town of Ulster. The investigation revealed that Saitch was left alone with the children at the time of the incident.  This case has been referred to A.D.A. Elizabeth Culmone of the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office Special Victims Bureau.

Saitch was remanded to the Ulster County Jail after arraignment in the City of Kingston Court on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 secured bond.
