HVFCU Welcomes New Business Services Loan Officer

In his new role, Mr. Donovan will deliver HVFCU’s wide range of commercial loan programs to businesses located throughout Orange County and Beacon in Dutchess County.
Mr. Donovan has more than twenty-three years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in SBA financing and commercial mortgages. His career encompasses commercial banking, branch management, financial planning, and insurance. Most recently, he was a Vice President, Premier Relationship Manager at HSBC Bank. In addition, he holds several professional licenses including Series 6 and 63, New York State Life Insurance and is a Notary Public. A resident of Orange County, Mr. Donovan is active in the local community, and is a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Orange and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Newburgh.
