Christopher M. Canole, 37
The arrest follows an investigation of a suspicious fire that occurred at 16 Fay Lane in the town of Greenville, Orange County on May 18, 2012.
Canole was arraigned in the city of Middletown Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $35,000 cash bail.
The investigation is continuing.
