Gun Drugs and Money Seized in Middletown Arrest
Jan 25th, 2012 | By HV Insider | Category: Featured ArticlesThe City of Middletown Police and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration arrested a city resident on Thursday, January 19, 2012 following a long term investigation.
James G. Garcia (38) of Myrtle Ave. Middletown was arrested following a search of his residence which revealed over 378 grams of cocaine and crack-cocaine, a loaded handgun and a large amount of currency.
Garcia was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the first degree, a class “A1″ Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor.
Garcia was arraigned in City Court on Friday. Bail information is not currently available.
