Gardiner Man Arrested for Gun Possesssion

Quiles, a previously convicted felon, was found to possess 3 black powder firearms along with a baton and prescription controlled substances not belonging to him.
Quiles was arraigned in the Town of Gardiner Court on charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree, 1 count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and fourth degree along with unlawful possession of marihuana.
Quiles was released on his own recognizance and ordered to re-appear on July 6th at 5 PM.
