If you’ve already joined the CSA, if you’re considering joining or if you’re interested in learning about the benefits of healthy eating, we’d like to invite you to a FREE event on Thursday, May 2 from 6:30 pm-8pm at Safe Harbors of the Hudson, 111 Broadway, Newburgh. The event features Bella Garrison, Sharon Christopher, RN, Hannah Brooks, MD and Drew Morrison.
The program is designed to teach you some of the wonderful ways super-fresh, nutrient-rich CSA produce can have a positive impact on your overall health.

When we eat well, we maximize our health and longevity. Demonstrations, recipes and samples will be available at the presentation.
The second speakers, Sharon Christopher, RN and Dr. Hannah Brooks, will provide information on the advantages of a healthy organic diet in restoring health during and after cancer treatment and how simple, organic and low fat diets can help maintain immune function and aid the body’s natural healing.
