FOLK MUSIC HALL OF FAME RECEIVES POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND GUIDANCE FROM THE ARC ON DESIGN CONCEPT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLK MUSIC HALL OF FAME

The innovative design is in keeping with similar projects around the world that incorporate as much of the original structure as possible while creating new and exciting functional spaces. The designing architectural firm River Architects will include the feedback from the ARC for the formal application.

The Folk Music Hall of Fame will induct the first members this winter at its concert series. We are now accepting donations of instruments, artifacts, and monetary contributions. Please contact us by e-mail at folkmusichalloffame@yahoo.com

The Folk Music Hall of Fame FMHF is a non-profit educational, literary, cultural corporation dedicated to the promotion and preservation of traditional, contemporary, and international folk music, folk instruments and the literary and musical contributions of Famous Folk Musicians.

The FMHF will benefit the community by presenting concerts and educational programs for persons of all ages. We will also provide instruments on loan to underprivileged children. The permanent exhibit space will preserve images and artifacts of the history of Folk Music and its positive social impact.
