City of Poughkeepsie Drug Arrest
May 6th, 2011 | By HV Insider | Category: Police BriefsThe Dutchess County Drug Task Force arrested 34 year old Earl S. Lemmon after a two month investigation into drug sales from a first floor apt at 150 Winnikee Ave.
The City of Poughkeepsie Emergency Services Unit executed a no knock search warrant at about 9:00am on Thursday May 5, 2011. Once inside, members of the Task Force recovered a loaded High Point .380 cal semi auto handgun which was stolen from Charleston, South Carolina. Additionally, an amount of heroin, drug packaging and scales, along with approximately $7000 in cash was seized.
Lemmon was transported to City lockup and is awaiting arraignment.
