Bloomingburg Man Arrested for Fair Oaks Armed Robbery
Feb 1st, 2013 | By HV Insider | Category: Police BriefsState Police have arrested a Bloomingburg man for the armed robbery of a Fair Oaks convenience store and have recovered the gun used in the robbery. The incident occurred outside of the Cenco Station/Bobby Mart on Bloomingburg Road Wednesday morning.
20 year old Cody Kincaide was arrested and charged with 1st degree robbery Thursday night.
Kincaide is being held in Orange County Jail on $50,000 bail pending a February 5th appearance in Town of Wallkill Court.
