70 Year Old Charged With Sexual Contact of 4 Year Old Girl
May 8th, 2012 | By HV Insider | Category: Featured ArticlesOn April 26, 2012, the Ulster County Family Violence Investigation Unit arrested Salvatore P. Musso, 70, of Kingston, New York, for Sex Abuse in the 1st Degree, a Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Misdemeanor.
Salvatore P. Musso was arrested after an investigation into an allegation that he subjected a 4-year-old girl to sexual contact.
Musso was arraigned by Town of Saugerties Justice Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Court at 3 pm on May 2, 2012.
His arrest was not released until Monday May 7, 2012.
